Welcome! I am Dr. Amanda Weston, licensed mental health counselor working out of Tampa, Florida. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, trauma-informed, and holistic approach in treatment. I approach each individual as unique and tailor treatment to their specific needs. My specialty areas include: OCD and related disorders, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, Depression and Mood Disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, and problematic gaming behaviors/Gaming Disorder for adolescents and adults. I use evidence-based methods and specialize in treatment modalities that focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure Therapy to provide you with the skills needed to manage the stressors of your life.
