Hi! I’m Arielle Saunders, a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Florida. My approach as a therapist is to be respectful, trustworthy,
and authentic as I help my clients find the tools to achieve their goals. My mission is to help people better understand themselves, their relationships, and the world around them in a way that is congruent with the type of life they want to lead. My clinical work involves using family systems models with young adults and adults who are experiencing unwanted anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or other concerns. In addition, when working with athletic performance enhancement or trauma-based situations, I use Brainspotting to access the body-brain connection.
